High levels of filter clogging would likely bring it up together with a filter blocked message, however it may also be that the high exhaust backpressure triggers something else.
The anti pollution light is an engine fault indicator. It could be a very minor issue or something more serious that could cause engine problems. Get it checked asap.make sure you check oil and coolant levels first.
